For CEOs and senior executives

Is the way you make decisions changing?

Your decisions shape the company. That is why we focus on your individual decision-making behaviour: how are reward valuation, willingness to exert effort, risk weighting and creative problem-solving changing relative to your own starting point?

01

Decision tasks

Four aspects of your decision-making behaviour

Purpose-built, leadership-relevant tasks are central to the procedure. They explore, for example, the effort you accept for a potential gain, choices under uncertainty and the development of alternative solutions.

01

Reward valuation

How does a person value a potential gain?

02

Willingness to exert effort

How much effort will they accept to achieve that gain?

03

Risk weighting

How do they choose between certain and uncertain courses of action?

04

Creative problem-solving

What alternative solutions do they develop as conditions change?

02

Personal reference

Your own baseline is the reference point

Two initial assessments establish the individual baseline within our procedure. Annual and event-triggered comparisons focus on changes relative to that personal reference.

Leadership-relevant decision tasks are central to the procedure. Conventional neuropsychological tests provide a supplementary comparison and control layer. Your individual trajectory is the reference point; ranking you against other executives is not the aim.

03

Medical interpretation

Understand differences in your personal context

Your medical context includes medication, sleep, medical conditions and selected hormonal or metabolic findings. We consider this information alongside the decision tasks. Decision-making ability is not inferred directly from a laboratory value.

We account for measurement uncertainty, practice effects and ordinary fluctuations in the analysis. Results are assessed professionally against consistent criteria and undergo an independent second review.

04

Your information

Your medical interpretation remains personal

You receive your personal medical interpretation. Your commissioning supervisory board receives only the status report agreed in advance: Stable, Review or Material Change. We keep medical assessment and board reporting strictly separate.

Before you participate, we discuss the process, requirements, time commitment and reporting arrangements with you.
