Your engagement

Monitor decision-making behaviour over time.

Our engagement focuses on your individual trajectory as a decision-maker. A personal baseline, repeated decision tasks and medical interpretation form a long-term framework for CEOs and other key executives.

01

Scope

From baseline to repeated assessment

Our engagement model combines leadership-relevant decision tasks, medical context and repeated comparisons with your own starting point.

  1. 01

    Two initial assessments

Establish a personal reference point: the individual baseline.

  2. 02

    Annual and event-triggered reassessments

Track changes in reward valuation, willingness to exert effort, risk weighting and creative problem-solving.

  3. 03

    Medical interpretation

Consider medication, sleep, medical conditions and selected findings to investigate potential influences.

  4. 04

    Assessment and independent second review

Assess results against consistent criteria and obtain an independent second review.

02

Feedback

Two clearly separate reporting channels

You receive your personal medical interpretation. Your commissioning supervisory board receives only the status report agreed in advance: Stable, Review or Material Change.

The categories describe stability, a need for further assessment or a relevant change relative to the baseline. They are not blanket judgements of suitability for a role.

03

Clear commitments

Agree scope and responsibilities from the outset

We agree participants, time commitment, scope, reporting arrangements and fees in writing. A clear framework connects your personal support with your supervisory board’s information requirements.
