Confidentiality and information sharing

Keep medical findings and board reporting strictly separate.

You receive your personal medical interpretation. Your commissioning supervisory board receives only the status report agreed in advance. We keep these reporting channels strictly separate and define their boundaries from the outset.

Three areas

What information you and your board receive

A closed petrol-coloured document folder with the gold CDDI Group logo on a walnut table.
  1. 01

    Personal medical interpretation

For the CEO and professionals expressly included. Medical findings remain separate from the commissioning-party report.

  2. 02

    Engagement coordination

Appointments, scope of services and practical arrangements.

  3. 03

Status report for the supervisory board

Only the information agreed in advance, with Stable, Review or Material Change.

02

Status categories

What the three categories mean

The categories relate to comparison with your personal baseline. Professional assessment against consistent criteria and an independent second review form the two review stages.

01

Stable

Stability relative to the individual baseline.

02

Review

Further assessment is needed to interpret an observed difference.

03

Material Change

A relevant change relative to the baseline under defined criteria.

03

Before participation

Agree recipients and scope in advance

Purpose, participation, recipients and the scope of the status report are expressly agreed before the engagement begins. Funding an engagement does not grant unrestricted access to personal medical findings.

We set out the specific information-sharing arrangements in the engagement documents and privacy notices.
